Inaugural class of Nominees
The American Craft Beer Hall of Fame is proud and excited to announce the nominees for its inaugural class of Inductees. Founded with the mission of honoring and remembering those who have contributed to the growth and success of America’s craft beer industry, The Hall hopes to inspire current and future generations to continue to innovate and collaborate so that it may thrive for many years to come.
A Board of Advisors made up of many of craft beer’s most respected and notable analysts, commentators, and advocates, came to consensus on the following nineteen nominees for enshrinement in The Hall (in alphabetical order):
● Charlie Bamforth

● Michael Jackson
● Kim Jordan
● Jim Koch
● Fritz Maytag

● Garrett Oliver
● Charlie Papazian
● Pete Slosberg
● Carol Stoudt

These people represent various facets of the industry –brewery owners, brewers, writers, educators, and others; they are recognized by The Hall for their involvement in and support of the American craft beer industry.
“Craft beer is a community as much as an industry,” explains Board member and Secretary, Aaron Gore. “And like any community, it is important that we recognize those who have given so much to growing and fostering it. We’re proud to be able to provide a platform for that recognition, and to hopefully inspire others in their own efforts to do the same.”
The Hall’s Electors will vote on the inaugural class of Inductees in November, 2024, and the announcement of those elected for enshrinement will be made in February, 2025.
