ACBHOF Announces its Inaugural Inductees!

On Saturday, February 15th, 2025, the American Craft Beer Hall of Fame announced its Inaugural Inductees!

The ceremony was livestreamed from five esteemed craft breweries across the country (at least one in every continental time zone).

ACBHOF Board members were present at:

  • Dogfish Head (Milton, DE)

  • New Realm (Atlanta)

  • Dovetail (Chicago)

  • Bierstadt Lagerhaus (Denver)

  • Deschutes (Portland, OR)

Also joining the livestream were Sam Calagione, Mitch Steele, Hagen Dost, Ashleigh Carter, and Jake Harper from the above breweries.

There are a total of twelve first-year Inductees, some from the very genesis of the American craft beer industry.

Here, then, are our twelve Inaugural Inductees:

  • Fritz Maytag

  • Michael Jackson

  • Charlie Papazian

  • Ken Grossman

  • Fred Eckhardt

  • Jim Koch

  • Bert Grant

  • Charles and Rose Ann Finkel

  • Jack McAuliffe, Suzy Stern and Jane Zimmerman
